Lydia was born near Zurich, Switzerland where she was a licensed psychiatric nurse, physiotherapist and breathing therapist. Her 20 years of
European experience involved work in
Asthma Clinics, Physical Rehabilitation Clinics and 11 years as a Group Counselor an physiotherapist in a Psychiatric Hospital. Her integrative work in Body, Mind and Spirit was enhanced by continual participation in the parapsychology and psychic schools in Zurich.
Since coming to America in 1980, she has done comprehensive studies in advanced human potential, specializing in areas of transformation, negative emotions and abusive behaviors caused by addictive drugs, eating habits and inhibited negative influences.
She is an instructor in the Universal Tao System that utilizes the subtle energies of the body, to facilitate and promote healing, enhancing vitality and develop spiritual awakening. Her knowledge of nutrition and positive lifestyle is apparent in her personal joyful youthful and caring personality. Her training, experience and devotion in support others
is available individual, group and workshop participation. She has taught courses within the USA, Europe and the Orient.
Through meditation, physical exercise and an understanding of the value of proper breathing and the importance of nutrition, the body can be elevated and reawakened to its inherent and natural state of health.
